Contact Support with your order number and a description of the problem.

We’ll respond with the outcome of your refund request within 7 days of receiving it.

Delivery issues

Duplicate payments, damaged files, and material differences from the product description qualify for review, replacement, or redelivery.

Digital products and refunds

Our products are digital goods and are generally non-refundable.

After a full refund, download access for that purchase is revoked. Partial refunds are reviewed individually. For disputes or refunds involving Complete Pack upgrade credit, related downloads are paused until a manual review confirms whether access will be restored or revoked.
