Terms

Digital illustrations, with straightforward purchase and use rights.

Purchases

Prices are in USD. Single models and the Complete Pack are one-time purchases. The amount and any applicable tax are shown before payment. Downloads are released after server-side payment confirmation.

Delivery

Files are delivered as downloadable ZIP archives. A successful purchase allows this device to download that order; it does not sign you in or reveal previous orders. Verify the purchase email in My account for cross-device access. Order emails contain a confirmation summary and My account link, not files. Keep a personal backup.

Updates and use

The License defines permitted use. The Complete Pack permanently includes every existing and future model, with fixes and improvements. Single-model purchases include fixes for that model. There is no subscription or expiry.

Problems with an order

If an order is duplicated, a file is damaged, or the delivery does not match its description, contact us with the order number. See the Purchase Policy. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
